No, it's not cake. But it is food. Today I gathered with friends and learnt how to make some amazing indian cuisine.
Jhansy demonstrated dahl, chicken curry, beef curry, raita, belpuri and chapati.
Afterwards we sat and ate the amazing offerings.
Food brings us together. It was a great day. Productive and social!
It is great to see cooking becoming something acheivable for everyone. The advent of "My Kitchen Rules" and "Masterchef" have had a huge impact on what is happening in kitchen's around Australia.
I am trialing the dahl and chapati on my troops tonight. Wish me luck!
