Greta made a cake for her friend Nicole this week. She baked a chocolate and vanilla marble cake (from scratch) and finished it all by herself.I must admit she doesn't find baking very daunting but, when confronted with the task of ganaching the cake she was a little reluctant. She finished the cake beautifully. Yes, there was ganache from one end of the kitchen to the other but she learnt some great lessons!
Nicole was very happy with her special cake-of course!
