This cake is one of my favourites. It consists of delicious hazlelnut mousse sandwiched with hazelnut meringue. Finished with a generous covering of chocolate shards. Hazelnut Meringue makes a great dessert cake!Our cakes are freshly baked and have the exquisite taste afforded only by using the best ingredients.
