Private Classes

We have been teaching private classes for some time now but have never quite mad it official. So...here it is!

How it works: You tell us what you would like to learn and we will teach you 1:1. This model has worked especially well for special projects with a specific deadline.

We also offer specialised classes for groups of 4-6. Gather friends, choose a project and book in.

Next week come and learn how to make beautiful roses for large cakes and cupcakes on Wednesday morning or evening.

We have an all day class on Saturday (5th Feb) teaching how to cover and decorate a cake with fondant.

Yesterday saw us launch into 2011 as we re-opened the store. It is great to see so many new and enthusisatic faces mingled amongst our regular customers.
