This is the beginnings of a Sydney FC birthday cake. The finished product is featured on our store website.

The cake celebrates a keen fan's 30th birthday.

Fortuately we are set up to print logo's and the like which makes a commision like this all the more authentic.

just a little blossom

Pink and green....one of my favourite combinations.

These little vanilla cakes were baked in our shiny pastel green baking cups and iced with the prettiest pink fudge frosting. Topped with a mini white blossom straight off the shelf-perfect!

Sugar Paste Arum Lillies

Christmas holiday's were a busy time for we girl's at Sweet Deliveries.

This is a 6' mud cake finished with handmade (by me :)) arum lillies.

Also featured are some tiny arum's created for the cupcakes.

They are a great flower to work with.

Don't be afraid to have a go at making them. They are surprisingly easy!

Christmas Cupcakes

Thought I would share with you the cupcakes we made in our Christmas Cupcake Classes. Each year Ann and I are challenged to create new designs for the delightful women who attend our classes.

Thank you all, for being such wonderful people, we appreciate your loyalty.

Best wishes to everyone, family and friends at this Christmas time. We look forward to a prosperous New Year, you will be amazed at our plans for Sweet Deliveries in 2010. We invite you all to be an integral part of our continued success.

2010 Classes will be posted on the website in January. I hear a whisper that consideration is being given to Saturday classes!!!!! Give us your feedback if you would like this option to be included in our plans.

More Gingerbread Cookies for Christmas

Last night was as much fun as always. I am yet to have a class that does not enjoy decorating cookies for Christmas.

We covered some cookies with fondant and others with royal icing. Both looks are amazing.

One of the girls will be using her new skills to make cookie place cards for her table on Christmas day. Great idea Pia!
